The Arizona Solar Panel Installation Process & HOA Rights

1. Utility Analysis: We analyze your TOU kilowatt-hour usage to size a system that offsets your heavy summer AC loads while accounting for the lower RCP export rates.
2. HOA Compliance (A.R.S. § 33-1810): Under Arizona law, Homeowners Associations are legally prohibited from banning solar panels on your property. While they can dictate minor aesthetic placement, they cannot force you to install them in a location that severely limits production. We handle the entire HOA architectural request for you.
3. Permitting & Installation: We secure all municipal permits. The physical installation of the Tier-1 racking and panels is typically completed in 1 to 2 days.
4. Utility Interconnection: APS, SRP, or TEP inspects the system, swaps your meter, and grants Permission to Operate (PTO).
